Oregon Physical Therapists in Independent
Practice (OPTIP) is a professional association of therapist-owned private
practice physical therapy clinics located throughout Oregon. It began in
the late 1980s and currently has approximately 140 member clinics who pay
an annual fee to belong. It is governed by an elected three member board.
By joining together and speaking with one
voice on behalf of private practice in Oregon, OPTIP makes a difference
and accomplishes needed changes that enhance our profession.
